    What is Optimal Health?

    Optimal Health is a comprehensive wellness platform that helps you track, understand, and optimize your health. Connect your wearables, track your nutrition, view lab results, and get AI-powered insights.

    How do I create an account?

    You can sign up at our login page by clicking "Create account" and following the registration process. Your clinic may have already created an account for you - check your email for an invitation.

    I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

    Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your email address. We'll send you a link to reset your password. The link expires in 24 hours.

    What devices and integrations are supported?

    We integrate with WHOOP, Oura Ring, and Apple Health. This lets you automatically sync your sleep, recovery, activity, and heart rate data.

    Is my health data secure?
